Summary
Ben Kulmer is a thief - he's also an agent of Q, a mysterious group which investigates the crimes that are too bizarre for the normal police - the Qestion Mark Crimes. When Kulmer embarks on a burglary he finds himself caught up in a series of events that spin out of control and not even his fellow Q agents can help with. The world of Jack Staff is just weird like that.
