Summary

Ariel has had an extraordinary life living all over the world, but at age 15, she wishes for nothing more than to have stability, friends, and the ability to do the ordinary things every girl her age would like to do. She has just moved reluctantly to the Twin Cities with her recently divorced mother Margie. As Margie tries to console Ariel after coming home from a gruelingly awkward first day at school, she suddenly collapsed without a reason. In a panic, Ariel seeks help from her neighbor Xigi, but she is quickly transported into another dimension. And a demon is after her...
