Summary
After the mysterious disappearance of a Galaxy Class Starship in Federation space, the crew of the newly fitted out USS Paradox are sent to investigate, even though the ships new prototype "Shunt Drive" hasn't been fully tested yet...
Things are not what they seem however when the new starship is stolen by a Starfleet Admiral from the future, and then with the mysterious reappearance of Captain Calhouns old friend 'Mark', who left this galaxy after evolving to a higher form of consciousness, it can be expected that this won't be the shakedown cruise that everyone was expecting.
