Summary
Paperinik New Adventures, commonly abbreviated PKNA, is an Italian published series starring Donald Duck's superhero alias, Paperinik/Duck Avenger.
Conceived to be a Modern Age reinterpretation and relaunch of the character the series featured a much darker sci-fi approach of the Duckburg setting and Duck Universe, alongside a mostly new cast of characters.
Launched with three prologue issues (#0, #0/2 and #0/3), it was later green-lighted with a proper serialization and started with issue #01 (the actual fourth issue).
After a five year run, the series was concluded with issue #49 and later relaunched as PK².
All issues have a wraparound cover.
A series of translations was later published in English by IDW within Duck Avenger.
