Summary

1. Dangerous Deception - Poor Linda Crane from the wrong side of the tracks cheats and lies her way into the glamorous world of interior decorating, only to discover it was love she wanted all along, not a career.
2. Romance Cottage - Real estate agent sells a house to a misogynist, tames him.
3. Love Under A Cloud - Della Morris from Coalburg longs to escape her dirty town and arranged marriage when a city slicker almost seduces her into leaving; but the mine collapses and she realizes she really does love Big Jim the coal miner, and really doesn't mind spending the rest of her life in the quaint little town.

5. Tempest in the Timber - This idyllic story features Rusty Rourke, all-round tomboy and daughter of the owner of the logging company. Rusty's too tough to fall for any man until she meets Dave the forest ranger; but the sinister Mike the lumberjack has other ideas. Luck and pluck let the two young lovers escape the evil lumberjack's machinations culminating in an exciting fistfight between Mike and the ranger - the happy couple promise to "grow old together among the ancient trees."
