Summary
The Human Bomb is a super-hero who generates massive explosions, usually a member of the Freedom Fighters. This dangerous condition requires him to constantly wear a containment suit. Originally he was Roy Lincoln, a scientist who had gained his powers in a freak accident. Lincoln also fought alongside the All-Star Squadron against the Nazi army in World War II, although his adventures continued until his death during Infinite Crisis. His successor was Andy Franklin, formerly a member of the government organization S.H.A.D.E.. Roy Lincoln was created by Paul Gustavson for Quality Comics, first appearing in Police Comics #1.
